m²space has been involved in projects across most property sectors, with a core focus on mid-high density residential, commercial, retail and mixed use, with gross realisation values between $5m and $140m.



​We have demonstrated expertise in all phases of project delivery taking a management role in conceptualization, planning, feasibility, design, documentation, procurement, construction, project branding and marketing. When we are able to add value beyond the predictable, we contribute that towards the project as our sweat equity. Often our clients become our partners by forming strategic alliances, with the singular aim of leveraging off each others' resources in order to maximise investment returns for all stakeholders.
